The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders take 24 - 72 hours to process. Please note the courier may take up to 5 days to update your tracking number, however, be assured it has been shipped.
• Shipping time: Due to extremely high demand, please allow 3 – 15 days delivery. However, most times you would receive your item delivered earlier.

We ship with couriers based in Melbourne and they are currently experiencing delays in their delivery times as COVID-19 has made a large impact on their systems and ability to ship products effectively. Due to social distancing measures, a signature is no longer required when receiving your order.

Please allow 1-3 days production time for your order to get shipped out. Average delivery times are 3-15 business days. However, most times you would receive your item delivered earlier, between 3-10 business days.

You will receive your order usually within 3-15 business days of placing your order, it is largely dependant on how fast the courier are since their enterprise is experiencing large volumes of package delivery.
