Grow Healthy Australia Refund & Warranty Policy

At Grow Healthy Australia, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This policy outlines our refund, exchange, and warranty terms for your purchases. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within a certain number of days.

  • A credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days from approval.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • If there are delays beyond this timeframe, please contact our support team.

How Refunds Are Issued:

  • Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue a store credit instead.

  • We do not provide cash refunds.

If Rejected:

  • We will provide a reason why the refund is not eligible.

  • If your item is ineligible for a refund, we may offer alternative solutions.

2. Money-Back Warranty

Our products come with a warranty period ranging from 30 days to 1 year, depending on the product purchased. If the warranty period has passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To Qualify for a Full Refund:

  • You must contact us within the warranty period.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.).

  • The item must be in its original packaging and include all accessories.

  • The item must be in its original condition (unless it arrived defective or damaged).

Refund Eligibility (If Applicable):

  • Items that arrived damaged or defective 
  • Items not in their original condition due to manufacturing issues
  • Items with missing parts due to a fulfillment error

 Refunds Will NOT Be Granted For:

  • Items returned outside the warranty period

  • Items that have been misused, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without proof of purchase

  • Change of mind returns are typically not accepted. However, in rare cases, exceptions may be made at our discretion.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account – Ensure that the refund has not been posted.

  3. Contact your bank – Some banks require a few extra days to process refunds.

4. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. We do not accept exchanges for change of mindpurchases.

To request an exchange:

  • Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.

  • If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.


5. Returning Your Order

If your refund or exchange is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Return Shipping Information:

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • The time it takes for the replacement product to reach you may vary based on your location.

  • If returning an item valued at over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges due to hygiene, safety, or other restrictions. These include but are not limited to:
